Room Reservation Policy:
For guest looking to arrive up to three days early or depart up to three days.
Following the official event dates, additional rooms and rates have been added to the booking link (based on category and date availability).
Groups rates are in USD per person per night. All rates are all-inclusive, including taxes and services.
Deposit Policy:
Total final room balance for your entire hotel stay will be charged on December 30, 2024, is NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

If you are not staying at the host hotel, you will be required to purchase a wristband at the Hyatt Ziva that will give you access to the all-inclusive package for $125 Per Person, Per Day. Please arrive early to purchase your wristband at the Hyatt Ziva lobby entrance. There will be NO ENTRANCE ON THE HOTEL PREMISES WITHOUT A WRISTBAND.
